It’s so much fun to watch Halloween movies as a family and even better is pairing Halloween movies with themed treats. These are all family-friendly options and make for a great family night.

While Christmas is my favorite movie-watching season Halloween is a close second. I’ll watch some scary movies but they aren’t my favorite. I prefer family-friendly, light-hearted options. My favorite is Hocus Pocus.

I also really like The Nightmare Before Christmas but I like to watch that between Christmas and Halloween since I feel like it really works for both seasons.

Something I’ve done with Christmas movies is make themed snacks to eat while watching the movie. I decided I should be doing that with Halloween movies as well so I found a few great pairings and thought I should share them with you as well.

Be sure to make it to the end of this post to get a free printable must-watch Halloween movie list. Print it off and the recipes you want to use to have on hand every Halloween.
