As the weather cools down it’s time to find some beautiful vintage fall dresses. These vintage-inspired fall dresses will keep you cozy and fashionable.

This post was originally shared in 2021 and each year I update this post to have dresses that are still available. The most recent update was August 21, 2024.

It’s kind of hard to believe but fall is here! It’s time to start thinking about a fall wardrobe. I’m enjoying watching all of the beautiful new fall dresses coming out.

Now’s the time to buy a few new fall dresses and maybe stock up on cute tights and shoes. If you like vintage fashion you’ll love these vintage-inspired fall dresses.

Vintage-Inspired Fall Dresses

One of my favorite clothing items is dresses. They are so simple because there is no trying to find matching pieces, just throw on a dress and you look put together! And these fall dresses are perfect for the cooler months.

How to Rent Fall Dresses

Another way to a lot of new fall dresses is with clothing rental. It’s an affordable and eco-friendly option as you aren’t buying new items but instead basically sharing a huge closet with a lot of other people.

I have a guide for clothing rental that you can check out if you are interested in trying it out this fall. It’s a great way to get a new wardrobe without spending a lot of time, and money, or cluttering up your closet.

Sharing is caring!

I am love with dresses 1-5. Especially the one with the skulls- how cute!!! I wish I had somewhere nice to wear the purple shaded dresses as well. Also, great job picking home made dresses. It’s hard finding items that are made in our country and not somewhere else.

It is hard to find local clothing. I love that ModCloth has a lot of pieces made here and clearly labels them in the descriptions.

Terrific post, Lisa! I especially like the red tartan offering from Unique Vintage. I had a tartan print purse when I was all of about five years old and it instilled a lifelong love for this classic pattern me from that early age onward.

    Wishing you a beautiful week,
    ? Jessica

I love seeing these fall colors. Since becoming a SAHM, I haven’t worn dresses a whole lot. But these look really comfortable! My favorite is the first one.
