We have very hot summers here in Oklahoma so I’m always very ready for fall when it comes around. I love to decorate for fall and Halloween. I tend to decorate for fall in Septemeber and then Halloween in October. Many items can be used for both which is nice.

My house is decorated with mid-century decor which I love all year. When decorating seasonally I also like to look for vintage and vintage-inspired decor.

You can often find fun pieces at thrift stores and antique stores. I also like to shop online for fun fall decor. My favorite place to search for true vintage fall decor is Etsy.  There are so many great shops out there with both vintage fall decor and vintage-inspired fall decor.

You can also mix in some more modern fall decor and some DIY fall decor. I love making some of my own pieces because it is often cheaper and then they are unique.

These are some of my favorite vintage-inspired and vintage fall decor pieces. It’s a great way to add a bit of vintage flair to your fall decorations this year.
