Twitter Parties

Looking to promote your green company in a new and exciting way? Twitter Parties are a fun way to promote your company/products.

What is a Twitter Party?
A Twitter party is a fast paced virtual party that takes place on Twitter. Retro Housewife Goes Green Twitter parties are normally held on Sundays at 8 p.m. eastern time. The party lasts one hour and it gives those attending a chance to meet new people and discuss a topic. There is a sponsor(s) and prizes.

How does it work?
You will need to have a Twitter account. On the day of the party I recommend using Tweetgrid to make following the party easier. Everyone one will use ahashtag so you can keep track of everything being said.

Why should you attend a Twitter party?
Twitter parties are a great way to make friends and have fun and support. You also will get the chance to win great prizes and learn about the topic of the party.

Why should you sponsor a Twitter party?
They are a great way to start a conversation about your company. The party can generate hundreds of tweets about the topic and your company. It’s a fun way to introduce a new product or service, launch a website or just spread the word about what you are doing.

If you would like to sponsor a Twitter party contact me for details.
