When things are busy the last thing you want to do is spend a ton of time in the kitchen. That often means getting take out or less healthy options because we feel like we don’t have the time to make a real meal.
There are so many great options to help with this now. We can use services like Blue Apron that send meals to us so we don’t have to think about what to make or shop for ingredients. We also can use an Instant Pot or the trusty slow cooker.
I work from home so I’m usually happy enough to just use my Instant Pot but I know if you work outside of the home or have a lot of activities going on where you aren’t home all of the time, a slow cooker can be even more useful.
I’ve had some requests for more slow cooker recipes so I reached out to some friends to see what their favorite slow cooker recipes are so I could share them with you.
These all use natural ingredients, no random mixes or questionable ingredients. I try to avoid artificial ingredients most of the time so this is something I appreciate in a recipe. It can also make it easier for you to find everything that goes into the recipe.
