Heavily scented products like candles and air fresheners often give me headaches. Many also contain ingredients that can be harmful, like phthalates which are endocrine disruptors.

To avoid this but still have my house smell amazing I like to use essential oils. Sometimes I use essential oil-scented candles or make my own air fresheners with them but my favorite thing to do is diffuse essential oils.

I’ve been using essential oil diffusers for many years and have them in most rooms in my house. I especially love to get them running while cleaning. It helps make my house smell fresh and clean.

I tend to change my scents up seasonally. During the spring months, I like really fresh scents. With all the spring cleaning I like to do this works perfectly and it helps get you out of the sometimes gloomy mood of winter.

One of the best parts of essential oils is being able to create your own fun blends. Today I want to share my favorite essential oil diffuser blends for spring.

Recommended Spring Diffuser Blends Products

There are many great essential oil brands out there but I recommend Plant Therapy. They make high-quality oils and they are very affordable.

If you are new to essential oils they have a lot of great sets that will help you build up your collection quickly. They also make great gifts.

I have a few different brands of diffusers. I’ve purchased mine from Amazon. My favorite, the one in the photos, is no longer available but I have found a few similar ones.

You can also purchase some great diffusers from Plant Therapy while picking up essential oils.

Plant Therapy peppermint oil is one of my favorites, too! There is so much I can do with the mint oils from uplifting our mood, to cleaning the house. And it can even help in the grieving period for giving me a bit of a mental lift when we’re feeling down.
