Want to bake multiple kinds of cookies for the holiday season but short on time? This sugar cookie dough can be made into three different sugar cookies giving you variety without a lot of work.
Baking cookies is one of my favorite things to do around the holidays. I love to make cookies for gatherings and gifts. It’s fun to make a lot of different kinds but can be time-consuming.
I love this sugar cookie dough because it can easily be made into three different cookies. It saves on time and mess! You can just make double the dough or even more at once to make a lot of different cookies.
This dough also freezes well so you can make it ahead of time. I love having cookie dough ready to go in my freezer during the holidays so I can make a last-minute treat very easily.
This dough is very versatile and can be made into even more cookies than these three but these are my favorites. Try all three this holiday season!

Sugar Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting
These sugar cookies are amazing! The cream cheese frosting is delicious and simple to make. They are great with some sprinkles added to the top. You can also chill the dough first and shape them to make them even more festive. Or use some natural food coloring to make the frosting fun colors.
Hidden Fudge Mint Cookies
These are my favorites! They look like plain sugar cookies but hidden inside is a fudge mint cookie! Use up those Thin Mints you have hiding in the freezer or use my favorite Back to Nature Fudge Mint Cookies.
Sugar Cookies with Peppermint Icing
This peppermint icing is delicious and makes these sugar cookies so festive and fun for the holidays. You can also dye the icing and add different fun sprinkles.
I love sugar cookie dough because you can do so much with it. You can make them drop cookies, which is the easiest. Or chill the dough for 1-2 hours and you can roll it out and cut out cute shapes. You can also simply add sprinkles to these delicious cookies.
If you are looking for natural sprinkles or natural food coloring be sure to check out the Natural Candy Store. It’s my favorite place to order natural baking supplies and candy.
