Mother’s Day is the perfect day to celebrate the moms in our lives, even if we can’t be with them. Send mom a great gift this year to show you care. This post was sponsored by Etsy, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Mother’s Day is going to look a bit different this year. Even if things are open around you it’s still recommended that we avoid gatherings and stay home when possible.

We never want to get our mom sick but on Mother’s Day seems even worse. So virtual Mother’s Day celebrations will likely be the safest option.

While we can see our moms using Zoom or Facetime you can’t really give gifts over those platforms. Instead, we will need to save gifts for later or we could have them delivered.

These are some Mother’s Day gift ideas that you can have delivered to your mom so everyone can stay safe. Be sure to keep in mind that shipping is running behind for most businesses right now.

Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

Fresh Flowers

Check with your local florist to see if they have a contactless delivery option. If so this could be a great way to support a local business and give your mom some beautiful flowers to brighten up her home.

Delicious Chocolates

I think we all want some delicious treats right now so why not send a box of chocolates? There are several shops on Etsy that make amazing handmade chocolates.

You are supporting a small business when you order one of these boxes. Plus it’s sent via the mail so it can be contactless.

Handmade Gifts

You can also get some amazing gifts for your mom from Etsy. It’s a great way to get unique gifts. Just use the gift option and have it shipped to your mom.

If you aren’t sure what to get here are some of my favorite Mother’s Day gift ideas.

Don't forget a card, this one is a great one for moms that have a good sense of humor.

And the most important thing is to show love in some way to the moms in your life. A simple phone call, a handmade card dropped on their porch, whatever you can do safely right now. It’s the thought and love that really counts.
