Stop wasting money on store-bought mixes and make your own mixes instead. Homemade mixes mean you have control over ingredients and save money.

I like to try and make food from scratch most of the time. Sometimes though it’s nice to grab a mix and make homemade treats quickly.

A great way to still cook from scratch but get the convenience of a mix is to make your own. There are some many great homemade mixes out there you can try.

I like to mix up a double batch each time so I always have a lot on hand. You can buy some pretty glass jars to store them in and use some nice labels and they will look so nice in your pantry or even displayed. So much better than cardboard boxes.

Making your own mixes also helps cut down on waste and usually will save you money. You can even package them nicely and give them as gifts. I love this around the holidays because people tend to want to have homemade baked goodies but are short on time.

Be sure to Pin this post so you can easily access it in the future because you are going to want to try several of these homemade mixes.
