How to Use Fetch Rewards to Get Cash Back on Groceries

Want to save money on groceries? Fetch Rewards is an easy app that you simply scan your groceries into and get money back. No coupons, no hassle!

I like to feed my family mostly organic food, local when possible. It’s something we feel is important even though it is an increased cost.

That doesn’t mean we don’t want to keep a lower grocery budget. I’m always trying to come in under budget on my once a month grocery shopping trips and there are many ways I do that.

I shop for sales, avoid food waste, look for coupons when possible, and I cook a lot of our food from scratch. Another thing I do is use cash back apps.

This money doesn’t always go back to groceries but sometimes I save it for holiday shopping or use it for other things we need. I had several Amazon gift cards to use around Christmas last year and I plan to save several this year as well.

1. Sign up for Fetch Rewards and Download the App

2. Scan Your Grocery Receipts After Shopping

Unlike many other grocery cash back apps, you don’t need to go through and find the deals you can use, just scan the receipt and the app finds the rewards for you.

Your receipt can also be from any grocery store and you get 25 points for receipts even if there are no reward items on it.

3. Refer Your Friends for More Points

When you share the app with your friends you can earn even more points. They get 2,000 points and so do you. You can sign up as many friends as you want.

It’s a great way to earn more cashback and help your friends find this easy and fun app.

4. Use Your Points for Gift Cards

You can use your points to get gift cards. They have all different ones. I like to save my points and cash out when I’m doing holiday shopping so I usually get an Amazon gift card. It’s electronic so you get it right away.

You can use your points to donate to several great charities as well. It’s a great way to give back even when you feel like your budget doesn’t allow you to donate as often as you’d like.
