It’s very important to me that most of our meals are made at home with good ingredients. It’s better for us and is better for our budget.

Life is busy though. It seems like dinner time sneaks up on you and suddenly you are rushing around trying to come up with something to make. This is when you often give up and get something out or go with a quick, not so healthy option.

Meal planning helps a lot but you can’t plan in more time so you also need those meals to be quick and simple to prepare. That’s where the Instant Pot comes in.

There are a lot of great Instant Pot dump meals that only require you to dump some stuff in the Instant Pot and start it, which is why they are called dump meals.

While they are cooking you can take that time to get other things done. I like to start mine and finish up my housework or if I haven’t already worked out I will go do that. It’s great to have some extra time to get more done but still end up with a wholesome meal.

To help you start building your list of Instant Pot dump meals to try I gathered a bunch of delicious recipes to get you started. Go through this list and save the ones that look good to you.

If you are still feeling intimidated by your Instant Pot or just want to improve your skills check out How to Be the Boss of Your Instant Pot.
