1960s Easy Autumn Meal Plan

These meal plans were considered to be “no-fuss meals” and quick meals that would please the whole family. You’ll notice each meal also had a dessert. This is something you will see across mid-century meal plans.
Often the desserts were fruit based and the portions were much smaller than what we tend to eat now. I love the moderation approach to eating so this is something that is appealing to me about vintage meal plans.
I have done my best to find recipes for each dish. And I’m always remaking vintage recipes so if there are any missing that you are interested let me know and I will do my best to recreate it.
