Rotisserie chickens are an easy and affordable way to make your family delicious meals. These are some of my favorite rotisserie chicken recipes.

collage of rotisserie chicken meals

Yesterday I did my once a month grocery shopping with my mom. You may have followed along with me on Instagram. It was a good trip. We both enjoy shopping together, it makes the big task more fun.

While shopping I picked up a rotisserie chicken at Whole Foods. I like to do this most months because it’s a great way to save money. It’s $10 for the chicken and I can get a lot of meals out of it.

Usually, I will make a meal or two out of it while it’s fresh and then freeze the rest in meal-size portions. It’s nice to have the pre-cooked chicken ready to go for meals. Pull it out the night before and stick it in the fridge and by time to make dinner it’s ready to go.

Our favorite rotisserie chicken recipes are quesadillas, salads, and chicken alfredo. These are all great but I’m always on the lookout for new meal ideas. While looking for myself I thought it would be fun to share these meal ideas with you as well.

You are sure to enjoy these rotisserie chicken recipes. They are also great for any leftover chicken you may have on hand.
