Yesterday I picked up my order from the local co-op. This co-op is only local food and not a lot of veggies and no fruit so far, so this is an all meat haul. If you have been reading for awhile you know I avoid factory farmed meat and try to only buy meat if I know how it was raised, this is easiest to do with local meat. Thankfully the local co-op has a lot to offer in this area! So this is what I got this time.
- 4 lbs of pastured chicken tenders
- 2 grass-fed filets
- 3 lbs of grass-fed beef
- 1 lb of grass-fed bison
If any of you are members of co-ops and post hauls or just want to tell me what kinds of things you get in the comments, I love to hear what people are buying and eating.
