I haven’t even been a big breakfast eater, a cup of hot tea will keep me pretty happy. However, studies keep showing that breakfast is important so I’m trying to eat at least a small breakfast. It used to seem like breakfast burritos were your only option and that’s fine if you enjoy eggs, I don’t. Now there are all kinds of delicious recipes out there!
