Laundry and Italian Bread

I took a picture yesterday to show just how much laundry I do each week.
At the point I took the picture I had a load in the washer and dryer already. If you can’t see, there are three very full laundry baskets in front of the sofa. Remember this is for two people. I almost have it all done, just one last load.
Today I made my first loafs of Italian bread. I have made plain old white bread, cheese quick bread, and beer bread but this was the first time for Italian bread. I love to slice up a loaf of Italian bread and freeze it to pull out for dinners to make garlic bread and most breads have HFCS these days so I’m starting to make more of ours from scratch. Justin walked in just as I pulled it out of the oven, he came in and said “umm.. I smell bread.” I think almost half of one of the loafs was gone before I could get any in the freezer. It’s not the pretties loaf in the world, I need to work on my shaping skills, all the other bread I have made was in a loaf pan. So here it is-And you can find the recipe here- http://www.recipezaar.com/131899
I didn’t do the egg because I’m slightly allergic to eggs so if it’s not really needed I don’t use it, I put a little olive oil on it in place of the egg. And I cooked mine at 400′ the whole time.
